Summer Internship — Origination & Operations (June - August 2026)

Compensation

• Base pay: $17.50/hour

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Hourly position; no paid time off — unpaid days off may be taken as needed

Primary Role — Origination

• Trained as an originator; primary function is cold calling, qualifying and transferring prospects to a floor sales agent rather than owning the full call
• Transfer deals attributed to Intern by the deal team admin

Additional Responsibilities

• May be assigned to support operations as needed, including but not limited to: office administration, marketing, finance, and lead management

Special Obligation — Process Documentation

• Expected to document onboarding experience throughout the internship and provide structured feedback; this is a defined deliverable of the role
• Exit feedback and documentation to be delivered as well at the end of their time at Moby.
