Job Title: Sales Funding Specialist

Their services cater to a wide range of industries, helping businesses secure the necessary funds to grow and succeed
Job Description: We are seeking a savvy and driven Sales Funding Specialist to join our team. This role requires an understanding of business financials, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex financial scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on securing funds and managing their financial needs.
  • Manage a high volume of calls (150+ per day) to qualify leads and close deals.
  • Understand and analyze business margins and financial statements.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Provide practical solutions to clients' financial challenges.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills; comfortable with high call volumes.
  • Self-aware, with the ability to learn from past experiences and improve.
  • High energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to engage clients over the phone.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical solutions.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and recognition with top performer awards or trips.
    • Experience in financial services, mortgage, or banking is a plus
    • Understanding of business financials and P&L management is a plus
  • Compensation:
  • Base salary of $60K with potential earnings of $125K-$175K+ based on performance.
  • Growth pathway to prove full-cycle sales capabilities and advance to a closer role.
Additional Information:
  • Candidates should have experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a focus on high call volumes and quick qualification processes.
  • We value candidates who set high standards, demonstrate tenacity, and have a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Hiring Process:
  • Initial video interview (30 minutes) to assess practical problem-solving skills and communication style.
  • Detailed review of past performance, including sales targets and recognition
