Location: Austin, Texas (Bouldin Creek area) Job Type: Full Time Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (40 hours a week)

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales operations by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and data-related requests

  • Generate reports and summaries as needed

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and quality

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
