Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Sales Operations Lead to join our Sales Operations team. This role is ideal for someone that has moved from a sales focused role into a more operations driven position. This person will play a critical role in optimizing sales workflows, managing data integrity, supporting technology tools, and enabling the sales team to perform at their best.


Key Responsibilities:


Performance Management & Forecasting

  • Set and track individual and team quotas, using dashboards to monitor progress.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and administer improvement plans as needed.
  • Forecast sales outcomes based on pipeline trends and historical data.
  • Design and manage incentive programs including commissions, bonuses, and SPIFFs.
  • Lead pipeline reviews with originators and closers to prioritize deals and improve conversion.


Technology & Tools Management

  • Oversee telephony systems (e.g., Five9, Revenue.io), including dialer configurations and compliance.
  • Ensure seamless integration between CRM, dialers, scheduling tools, and mobile platforms.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and act as the primary liaison for sales-related tech support.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to enhance sales efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.


Team Support & Training

  • Train sales reps on tools, systems, and processes including Salesforce, dialers, and mobile apps.
  • Provide ongoing coaching using call recordings and performance data to improve skills and objection handling.
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as FAQs, cheat sheets, and competitor comparisons.
  • Facilitate role-playing sessions and onboarding programs to reduce ramp-up time for new hires.
  • Align with leadership to set monthly targets, quotas, and strategies that support team goals.


Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to telemarketing regulations (e.g., FCC, FTC) and maintain Do Not Call lists.
  • Conduct call quality audits and implement feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Address customer complaints and maintain documentation of compliance protocols.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align with marketing to ensure lead generation campaigns support sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with IT and development teams to maintain infrastructure and data security.
  • Support finance with accurate sales data for forecasting, commissions, and budgeting.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership to inform strategic planning.


Project Management

  • Oversee sales-related projects including tool implementations and process improvements.
  • Use project management tools to track initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.


Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in sales support, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Strong background in sales with a desire to grow into operations and enablement.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is required.
  • Experience in high-volume call environments and supporting inside sales teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
