As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales operations by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and data-related requests
- Generate reports and summaries as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and quality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
