Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity, streamline processes through automation, and provide exceptional user support. This role requires Salesforce expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and experience integrating third-party tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
· Maintain and configure Salesforce platform to meet business needs.
· Ensure data integrity through regular audits and cleanup.
· Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
Data Management
· Perform ongoing data cleanup and validation.
· Monitor and maintain accurate records across all Salesforce objects.
Reporting & Analytics
· Create and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
· Ensure timely updates and accuracy of reporting tools.
Automation & Process Optimization
· Design and implement Flow automation and other declarative tools.
· Utilize Salesforce for automation and integration of business processes.
Integration Management
· Manage and support third-party tool integrations, including Ternio and Five9.
· Optimize Five9 administration for improved connect rates.
User Support & Training
· Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users.
· Troubleshoot issues and deliver training sessions as needed.
Compliance & Best Practices
· Maintain adherence to Salesforce best practices and security standards.
Qualifications
· Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced certification preferred).
· Proven experience in Salesforce administration, including:
· Flow automation and declarative tools.
· Data integrity management and cleanup.
· Report and dashboard maintenance.
· Experience with Salesforce automation and integration.
· Familiarity with third-party sales tools and integrations (e.g., Ternio, Five9).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and user support capabilities.
Preferred Skills
· Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform features.
· Experience with Five9 administration and optimizing connect rates.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
